Join CTTMA as our Annual Sponsor Green & Sklarz LLC discusses how a Subchapter V Bankruptcy creates a path for small businesses to use the restructuring provisions of the Bankruptcy Code, while avoiding the high costs and lengthy process of a traditional Chapter 11 filing. Our presenter will provide an overview of the Subchapter V process and discuss pros, cons and important considerations when determining whether Subchapter V is the right fit for a company.
